(STOPS) designed, developed, integrated, and delivered Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) and Force Protection Ship Simulators for the U.S. Navy Center for Navy Security Forces at Naval Station San Diego; Northwest Annex, Chesapeake, Virginia; Naval Station Mayport, Florida, Naval Station Pearl Harbor, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal units on the East Coast.

Description

These simulators incorporate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) computers, software, equipment, special effects, and entertainment industry techniques to create imaginative and convincing experiences for VBSS and Anti-Terrorism (AT) and Force Protection (FP) training. STOPS modifies existing shipping containers to create state-of-the-art simulation trainers to replicate Navy and Merchant ships, provide special effects, operation controls, expanded classrooms, and install digital video for recording student's tactical actions and playback during daily critiques.
