(STOPS) has been providing training services and products for the military, law enforcement, first responders, and other organizations responsible for Homeland Security. STOPS is committed to excellence through state-of-the-art live action training support – employing “Hollywood” style special effects, role players, props of all kinds, 3D targets, the re-locatable habitat unit (RHU), and the conversion of shipping containers to create immersive training environments that are the most unique in the industry. STOPS calls this type of immersion training - Hyper-Realistic® and defines it as “such a high degree of fidelity in the replication of specific conditions in a training environment that participants so willingly suspend disbelief that they become totally immersed and eventually stress inoculated” - all their senses tell them, emotionally and intellectually, that the scenarios are real. It is the ultimate in Theater Immersion Training. STOPS continues to introduce innovative solutions to overcome the challenges of limited budgets. We are adept at creating real-life training situations/environments or providing safe, sound, and reliable housing for disaster response. The newest innovation is the Rapid Response Refuge (RRR). Designed specifically to provide housing and shelter to those that have lost everything to any type of natural disaster.

Role PlayersSTOPS is able to provide role players who serve as civilians on the battlefield (COB) or as individuals required for any type of training support – Generic, foreign language speakers (FLS), casualty, and insurgent.
Tactical TrainingThe Tactical Training Lab (TTL), is a training/simulation area unlike any other. Managed by experienced personnel, STOPS knows and understands the needs of both military and public safety professionals. Utilizing a support staff trained to re-create any scenario in the greatest of detail; the physical and sensory environment is both controlled, manipulated, and influenced – creating a Hyper-Realistic® training experience. All training areas are approved to use blanks, Simunitions®, or any type of simulated round. STOPS also maintains a “BunkHouse” - a room fashioned after the military squad bay, as well as a shower trailer that is available to units utilizing any part of the TTL. STOPS maintains both a Federal Firearms License (FFL) with a certified Armory area that houses multiple weapons (M-4/AK-47/etc.) and a Federal Explosives License (FEL) with a certified explosives magazine. Military Operations on Urban Terrain (MOUT) Village - is an area of approximately 21,300 square feet, replicating a Third World Village. The MOUT Village contains multiple single- and two-story buildings. Operational Training Building (ShootHouse) - is a building of approximately 6,400 square feet. The ShootHouse has four levels – each with multiple rooms and hallways. There are internal stairways and an external stairway. Merchant Marine Ship Trainer – provides facilities to train in visit, board, search, and seizure techniques under realistic conditions. The facility replicates the types of ships, conditions, and scenarios encountered in drug interdiction and anti-terrorist operations. Tower w/ helicopter platform - 60-foot fast rope/rappelling tower, six-story, multi-level with balconies, access windows; UH-1H “Huey” helicopter body with four fast rope positions, simulating various types of helicopters. Situational Training Exercise Lanes - multiple training lanes replicate scenarios where casualty care is required – possibly under fire or in a reduced visibility environment. Classrooms - multiple classrooms available with seating for ten to sixty individuals. Classrooms will contain tables, chairs, a whiteboard, and can be configured with a computer and projection system. 
RHU / RRR / MOUT / AtmosphericsSTOPS focuses on designing, fabricating, and creating environments and training aids that are Hyper-Realistic® and tactically challenging, by combining years of tactical training support experience with “Hollywood” style set design. The overall goal is to increase mission success and survivability by enhancing decision making learning objectives by realistically replicating the operating environment. Tailoring atmospheric enhancements to the end user’s area of responsibility, training objectives, and goals. Scalable and portable RHUs, walls systems, barricades, and a myriad of layered textures and props creating an immersive environment. The exterior and interior enhancements of shipping containers create a world-class training venue. The multi-functional Rapid Response Refuge (RRR) can be used as a base of operations for disaster triage management, medical clinics, or shelter for families that have lost homes. Each unit is fully equipped with heating, air conditioning, electricity, and plumbing. All RRRs are equipped with an ADA-compliant bathroom and kitchen that includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer.
